As summer unfolds in Northville, the ‘Music in the Ville’ series brings a delightful array of musical performances to our charming town. Kicking off just in time for warm evenings, this event series promises something for everyone, showcasing diverse genres that can be enjoyed by family and friends alike.
**Here’s a glimpse of what’s to come in this year’s series:**
– **Tunes on Tuesday:** Enjoy delightful morning melodies at 10:30 a.m. The next event in this series is on **July 8, 2025**.
– **Dancin’ in the Ville:** Every Wednesday throughout July and August, join in for a lively dance session led by the Arthur Murray Dance Studio.
– **Toast to the Weekend Jazz:** Thursdays become a jazz lover’s paradise from **6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.**, hosted by **160 Main**, where smooth tunes will guide your evening.
– **Solos on Center Street:** Every Thursday evening features solo performances, starting **July 3** with the talented **Duane Harlick**.
– **Acoustic Bands in Old Church Square:** While there will be no bands on **July 4**, the vibrant acoustic performances return each Friday from **7:00 PM – 9:00 PM**, throughout the summer.
– **Big Bands in Town Square:** Saturdays are reserved for our spirited big band performances, although the **July 5th** performance is also missing this round.
**Mark your calendars!** The full 2025 summer series runs from **May 30 to September 26**, with concerts every Friday evening offering a variety of musical experiences, kicking off with the **NHS Jazz Band** in Town Square on **May 30**.
